A benchmark in the future of the sustainable real estate market, KREST – Real Estate Investments, based in Belgium and with offices in Brussels, Lisbon and Porto, has a vast portfolio that includes properties in the sectors of logistics, offices, businesses, residences and hotels.

With a clear vision of allying sustainability and innovation, KREST wanted to strengthen this positioning and generate business leads at international level by developing a unique website. The overriding goal would be to present the developer from the institutional point of view and bring together the various types of real estate projects and assets in a single website. One of the main requirements was an aesthetic component in line with the innovative positioning of the brand.

We built a robust website using Umbraco, a scalable technology that allows new developments to be added and has easy backoffice management. To respond to the aesthetic requirements, it was designed to have a big visual impact, responsive behaviour and excellent speed and UX, for an immersive and intuitive navigation.

The website allows the dissemination of the wide-ranging portfolio of developments in a single place, with a strong graphical component to illustrate the projects. The platform also includes e-mail marketing tools to send institutional newsletters with the design in sync with the website and also a news and “what’s new” segment about the latest KREST project. The final result is dynamic and extremely sophisticated, aiming to reflect the personality of the brand and win over the users at first sight.
