a more agile B2B e-commerce for health professionals which brings added benefits for Fresenius Kabi

A specialist in vital medication and perfusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition technologies, Fresenius Kabi is a global company that has been working for over two decades in the field of developing products and services to improve the care and treatment for critical and chronic patients. Its broad portfolio and diverse intervention areas have enabled the brand to remain a worldwide benchmark in the clinical and hospital sector.

One of the main sale channels of Fresenius Kabi is through B2B, which, for some clients, only used to be possible through a visit or a repeated point of contact with a sales rep. The goal of the brand was to make the process of ordering its products easier for its clients, without needing this bridge.

As such, we have developed a B2B platform for selected clients, where the user can place an order. With user-friendly navigation, clients can choose the products and the quantities they want to order, fill in the delivery forms and confirm their order quickly and efficiently.

Through the clients’ reserved area, they can also consult their records and even make a repeat order, which is an advantage for the institutions and professionals that make recurrent orders with a regular volume of products and frequency. The reserved area also allows importation and integration of a client discount file, which is found in SAP. This feature allows the clients to have access to their exclusive discounts without the need for the mediation of a sales rep.

The final result is a more autonomous, flexible and efficient ordering system for the brand’s clients, who can now order Fresenius Kabi products and take advantage of the usual promotions in a centralised and practical manner, without having to rely on more amateur communication channels or book a visit from a sales rep to place their orders.
