As a consequence of the pandemic, the Lisbon Metro offered to implement hygiene measures and procedures in its facilities and equipment, as well as to disseminate all safety recommendations.
The transport's network relied on Brandability to develop a multi-media campaign with the aim of amplifying the dissemination of hygiene measures demonstrating that the Lisbon Metro is a sanitized and safe transport operator, and that everyone can travel with confidence.
Through the slogan 'The line that unites us is your Metro of trust', the creative thinking focused around what makes up the essence of the Lisbon Metro: its lines. Lines that connect people to their work, meetings, walks, family, friends and everything that allows them to continue with their lives. The Metro is "the line that connects us" with all the constant care of hygiene and disinfection of stations and carriages.
The campaign came to life through a web advertising video, as well as digital and static mupies, posters, animated digital formats for Google network and social media, radio advertising and landing page of the campaign, where the user can consult the concept and all the strict security protocols complied with by the Metro.
